Penumbra Feather is a 3 pass blackout drapery fabric in a 54 inch width. Penumbra also passes the NFPA 701 code making this a great choice for contract applications as well as residential. The Light Grey colored textile side has a pleasing texture for added dimension as a drapery fabric.
