Starnes Powder Blue is a woven floral and leaf damask for upholstery and drapery fabric use. Starnes has a repeat of 14.25 inches vertical by 14 inches horizontal. The design is a soft White with a background of a very light Powder Blue. Starnes can be used not only for upholstery, drapery and curtain fabric, but also for throw pillow fabric, cornice board fabric, top of the bed applications and as headboard fabric.
